Gourmet Morsels own blend of spices to create a popular indian dish, nut free and gluten free.

Ingredients – cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic powder, curry powder, cinnamon, onion powder, ginger, turmeric, herbs, spices, salt, sugar, no nasties added

Recipe Idea – Easy Butter Chicken

500g chicken breast fillet or thigh filler diced, 2 onions peeled and diced, large can diced tomatoes, 100ml cream or coconut cream, handful cashew nuts optional, few drops of lemon juice

Brown diced chicken in a frypan with a dash of oil for about 5 minutes, add onions and brown for a further 5 minutes. Add 1 heaped tablespoon of spice mix, and stir gently for 1 minute to release flavours. Add tomatoes and a handful of cashew nuts and simmer for 5 minutes. Finish with a few drops of lemon juice, 100ml cram and simmer for 1 minute. Serve with steamed rice
