Ingredients – Cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, herbs, spices NO Onion, No Garlic, No Sugar, No dairy, No Soy, completely gluten free, nut free and free of any msg, preservatives, colours or flavours
Recipe Idea – Chickpea and Sweet Potato Buddha Bowl
Red onion peeled and sliced in Wedges, 2 large sweet potatoes peeled and chopped, 1 bundle broccolini, 425g can chickpeas, drained, 1/4 cup tahini sauce, cup cooked brown or white rice
Preheat oven to 200c and bake sweet potatoes and onions on baking tray for 10 minutes, add broccolini and drizzle with olive oil, bake a further 10 minutes. Set aside too cool. Sauce chickpeas in a dash of olive oil and add 1/2 teaspoon spice blend and gently combine, set aside too cool.
Divide ingredients into serving bowls, drizzle with Tahini and lemon juice. Serve
