Recipe Ideas – Grilled Port Steak
6 Butterflied Pork Steaks, 1 tablespoon Baharat spice, 1/2 cup olive oil and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Mix the Olive Oil, Baharat Spice and Lemon Juice together to make the marinade. Place Pork Steaks in a dish, pour over the marinade and refrigerate 2 hours. Grill the pork steaks in a grill pan or a Hot BBQ and serve with a selection of vegetables or a garden salad.
This recipe can be used to marinate chicken, lamb and vegetables also.
