Recipe Idea – Roasted Chermoula Lamb

Place a 2kg lamb leg in a roasting pan, rub chermoula slice over all sides. Add a selection of diced vegetables and roast in oven for 2.5 hours 180c. Let meat rest for 10 minutes before serving

Chermoula is also used as a rub for chicken, fish and steak and grill, panfry or BBQ, serve with a drizzle of yoghurt. Great as a seasoning in a risotto
