Turn left over BBQ Sausages into a fabulous mild curry that the whole family will love.
Ingredients – paprika, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, curry powder, sea salt, herbs, spices, sugar and NO nasties
Recipe Idea – 8 leftover BBQ Sausages, 1 onion diced, 4 carrots diced, 4 stick celery diced, 100g frozen peas, 1 tablespoon spice mix, steamed rice, flour, 100ml cream or yogurt
in a large frypan brown the onions in a little oil, add the vegetables and sauce for 3 minutes. Add the chopped sausages, spice mix, 1 tablespoon flour, cream, water and simmer for 10 – 15 minutes. Serve with steamed rice.
You can add any vegetables to this curry including broccoli, corn, capsicum, sweet potato, zucchini
