Recipe Idea – Crumbed Fish with Salad

Simply dip your favourite piece of fish in beaten eggs and then coat both sides with Fish Lovers Coating Mix. Either panfry in oil until golden or arrange fish on an oven tray, spray with olive oil and oven bake until golden. Serve with seasonal vegetables or a garden salad.
