This “everyday favourite” blend is so easy to use, its a hamburger helper

Ingredients – flour, spices, herbs, breadcrumbs, salt, garlic powder, onion powder

Recipe Idea – Pork, Beef or Chicken Rissoles

Simply mix in a large bowl, 750g mince meat, 100g Gourmet Morsels spice mix, one egg, 100ml water and combine. Make rissoles/meatballs/hamburgers and BBQ, grill, oven bake or panfry until cooked.

Meat Loaf Recipe – follow above instructions and make a long meatloaf log on a baking tray. Bake in oven 180x for 40 mins and serve with gravy.
