This is a great paella spice blend (mild) to make traditional paella’s however it can also be added to any risotto for a spanish twist.

Ingredients – Cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, herbs, spices and NO NASTIES

Recipe Idea – Quick Paella

5 cups chicken stock, 2 chorizo sausages sliced, 200g chicken thigh fillet diced, 8 green peeled prawns, 1 brown onion peeled and chopped, 1 red and green capsicum sliced, 2 cups medium grain rice, 1 ripe tomato chopped, 1 tablespoon spice blend, 1 cup frozen peas

Heat some olive oil in a frypan and over medium heat cook sausages, set aside. Cook Chicken, set aside. Cook prawns, set aside. Add to frypan onions, capsicums, rice, spices and 1/3 stock, add chicken, sausages and cook until liquid absorbed.  Keep adding stock slowely until rice is cooked. add prawns and peas and cook 5 minutes. Serves 4
