This dukkah is one of our most popular products as it combines lemon mytrle & dill with exotic middle eastern flavours. A must for seafood lovers.

Ingredients – sesame seeds, nigella seed, millet seed, dill, coriander, lemon pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, turmeric, salt, sugar, lemon myrtle powder, herbs, spices and NO NASTIES

Recipe Idea – Sea Perch with Dukkah

Preheat oven to 180c and generously coat fish with dukkah. Place on baking tray and cook in oven. Serve with salad or seasonal vegetables

Recipe Idea – Stuffed Tomatoes

Half tomatoes and remove pulp. Mix in a bowl, pulp, spinach, handful cranberries, 2 tablespoons dukkah. Add the mixture back to the tomato shells and bake in oven for 5 minutes
