Recipe Idea – Beetroot Dukkah Dip

Mix 1 tablespoon dukkah with greek natural yoghurt. Serve with crackers, as a salad dressing or a marinade for chicken, fish and vegetables (optional add chopped beetroot to make a chunky dip)
