Australian Rub for roasting, pan grill and BBQ
Ingredients – Cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic, onion powder, rice flour, seasalt, turmeric, pepper, sage, lemon pepper, mint, herbs & spices.

2kg Piece of Roasting Beef, 1/3 pack of Saltbush Roast Rub, Medley of Vegetables
Preheat Oven to 180 Degrees C, Place beef on a board and rub all sides with the spice blend. Place the meat in a roasting pan and fill with one cup of water.
Cover meat with foil and bake in oven for 2 hours. Remove foil and bake for a further 30 minutes.
Serve roast with a selection of seasonal vegetables.
