Great used in woks and as a stirfry marinade on chicken, beef, fish and vegetables

Ingredients – cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Szechuan pepper, curry powder, chinese five spice, salt, herbs, spices and NO NASTIES

Recipe Idea – Chicken Szechuan Strifry

750g chicken strips, 2 red and green pepper diced, 1 clove garlic, snow peas, bean shoots, green beans, 1 tablespoon spice mix, 1 cup chicken stock, 1 tablespoon corn flour, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, squeeze of honey.

In a wok brown the chicken in a little olive oil, add the onions, vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes. In a bowl whisk together liquids and remaining ingredients and add to stirfry. Cook for 5 minutes and serve with rice or noodles.
