Recipe Idea Hot Chicken Vindaloo Curry
1kg chicken thigh diced, 6 onions diced, 1 tablespoon spice blend, 1 teaspoon fresh minced ginger, 1 tin diced tomatoes, 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar, 1 clove of crushed garlic
In a bowl mix meat, spices, ginger garlic, vinegar together, cover and refrigerate for attest 1 hour. In a large pot brown the diced onions, add meat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring, Add 3 cups water, tomato and cook until meat is tender (approx 1 hour). Serve with rice and yogurt.
