Friends for over 35 years and married for 22 years. It all started when Sue went to Budapest, Hungary (aged 15) to spend Christmas with her family. During this trip, she met a chef named Joe and to impress Sue, he cooked a 5-course dinner that would seal their bond for life. Joe and Sue married many years later and Joe moved to Australia to start a new life. He was a renowned Hungarian Chef with no English and very little understanding of the Australian way of life and cuisine. He learnt very quickly that we love food in Australia, have great produce, love the outdoors and Gourmet Morsels was born. Gourmet Morsels was born in 2005 and Chef Joe has created many Australian Bush and International herb & spice blends. All natural spice blends with easy recipes for Australians to create healthy, tasty family meals. The spice range includes BBQ rubs, roasting rubs, curries, dukkah, stir-fry’s, easy entertaining, kids meals and slow cooking blends. The Kentucky Chicken Coating Mix is one of the best selling blends and contains no dairy, no sugar, no msg and no artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.
Gourmet Morsels has developed over 60 spice blends, sea salt seasonings, soup mixes and coating mixes all free from nasties. You won’t find any numbers in our ingredients list! Thi Pham, Gourmet Morsels New Managing Director is a Mother to my 2& 5 year old boys. Back in 2005, my dear friend Joe introduced me to his products and I absolutely loved the idea of all natural spice blends. Fast forward to February 2019, I am now the proud owner of Gourmet Morsels. I look forward to this next chapter of my life and being part of Joe's creation. My goal is to encourage people to cook a wide range of easy, healthy meals for their family.
