Recipe Idea- Salt and Pepper Calamari
Prepare your squid tubes by slicing rectangles and scoring with lines. Arrange two bowls, one with a beaten egg and the second with the spice mix. Dip calamari into egg mixture, then the coat with spice mix. Panfry in hoy oil for a few minutes until golden. Serve with garden salad
