Description

A classic Australian peppery blend in our everyday favourites range and can be used as a coating mix for calamari rings or tubes, prawns, chicken and fish.

Ingredients – flour, herbs, spices, salt, black pepper

Recipe Idea- Salt and Pepper Calamari

Prepare your squid tubes by slicing rectangles and scoring with lines. Arrange two bowls, one with a beaten egg and the second with the spice mix. Dip calamari into egg mixture, then the coat with spice mix. Panfry in hoy oil for a few minutes until golden. Serve with garden salad
