Recipe Idea – Chicken Stroganoff

750g diced chicken, 2 onions chopped, 250g mushrooms chopped, 250ml cream, 1 tablespoon spice blend, 2 tablespoons plain flour, 3 chopped gherkins, salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon mustard

In a large frypan brown chicken and onions, add spice blend, flour, salt, pepper and stir for 2 minutes. Add cream, mushrooms, gherkins, mustard and simmer for a few minutes. Serve with rice, pasta or vegetables
