1 whole chicken, cut into 4 flat pieces, 1 tablespoon spice mix, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, juice from 1 lime juice, 1 cup orange juice, 2tablespoons vinegar

Mix all the ingredients together to make marinade. Marinade Chicken and refrigerate overnight. Preheat BBQ, oven or hotplate and cook chicken, baste with marinade while cooking and serve.
